Coach Vallery Mitchell is known for her firm, gracious, and patient approach to coaching athletes all over Texas for the last 16 years. Coach Vallery Mitchell founded Fostering Dreams Volleyball Club in November of 2020. In 2023 Coach Vallery Mitchell accepted the Head of Volleyball Program/Varsity Volleyball Coach at UME Preparatory Dallas. Coach Vallery Mitchell is also known for her Volleyball Bibles that has bridged the IQ gap for volleyball athletes over Texas. In October of 2024 Vallery received a sponsorship from the Junior Volleyball Association(JVA) and was named an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Diversity Award Recipient and received a scholarship to the 2024 American Volleyball Coaches Convention.
